             B. 1980, Montreal, Authier received a BFA from Concordia University (2002) and MFA from the University of Guelph (2006).

Current projects include touring solo exhibition Contrarieties & Counterpoints (2016-2018) curated by Robert Enright. The seven

tour venues are as follows: The Thames Art Gallery (Chatham-Kent, ON), Ottawa Art Gallery (Ottawa, ON), Art Gallery of Guelph

(Guelph), Galerie UQAM (Montreal, QC), Kenderdine Art Gallery (Saskatoon, SK), Mount Saint Vincent University Art Gallery (Halifax,

NS) and the Musée Regional de Rimouski (Rimouski, QC). The accompanying catalogue includes an introduction by Michelle

Gewurtz, interview by Robert Enright and essays by Sky Goodden, Sarah Milroy and Ola Wlusek. Recent group shows include The

Tremendous Elusive: Emily Carr and the Canadian Imaginary at Canada Gallery, Canada House, London, UK, The Painting Project

at Galerie de l’UQAM, Université du Québec à Montréal (2013) and Builders: Canadian Biennial at the National Gallery of Canada

(2012). A selection of collections include Canada House, the National Gallery of Canada, and the Government of Foreign Affairs in

Madrid and Berlin. She is represented by Georgia Scherman Projects, Toronto, ON:
